The most Amazing builder you will ever come across. My Husband & myself could not recommend him highly enough. The way he builds the homes he does is done with great quality and care.  Every saw cut he makes is done with such precision and passion for the job, he has at hand. I feel he leaves a very special part of himself in every part of our home, and feel this would be the same for many other homes he's built.  One of the things we found that was excellent is we were dealing with him the builder only.  You don't get passed around to from a sales person to a project manager you deal with him for everything and it makes the whole house building process a lot less stressful and so much easier.

Our home has been built for us to our specifications, decor and our budget.  Our home is quite large and there were certain fittings and things we wanted in our home and the builder priced our home up with everything we wanted.  So we had no nasty surprises with extra costs that we never knew about.  The products he uses in his homes are all quality products, tap ware, cabinets, vanities, decking, paint, the list goes on and on.  We had put a lot of thought into our home with regard to the design and the products chosen to go into it.  We don't have standard height kitchen, vanity and laundry bench tops.  We have ramps on our home not stairs. All of these things that would have been difficult for other builders, was not an issue for our builder.

I would just like to point out we have not been paid to say anything I have said here about our builder. This is our genuine feelings towards him and the job he has completed in building our new home.

We now have this Amazing beautiful home where we can create many new happy memories, and we will never ever forget this Amazing man that built us our dream home.

If you are looking for value for money backed up with total professionalism and quality workmanship then Jason at Heritage Homesteads is the one to call.  The whole experience from the initial call to see if Jason could build a house within my budget to collecting the keys to the finished home has been an absolute joy, totally stress free.  Jason’s range of fixtures and fittings is extensive and of high quality, when it came to the time to select everything from house colour to door handles, both Jason and his lovely wife, Carlee, were a wonderful help.  The combination of colours has come together fabulously.  When it was time to commence building, Jason had all his contractors and materials well organised, the whole project just flowed. His various subcontractors were all very efficient in their respective trades, from cabinetmaker to plumber,   they all did a great job,  an extension to Jason’s professionalism and quality of work.  Every week, Jason would call with a progress report, reporting on what had happened that week and what was going to happen the next week, I was never left in the dark.  Nothing was ever too much trouble for Jason and his team.  Unbeknown to me, Jason had taken photos at all stages of the building and a lovely disc of these moments was presented to me when the house was completed, a lovely surprise. So now I have a lovely home, what was a dream a few months ago has now turned into a wonderful reality.  A job well done, many thanks to Jason and his team from Heritage Homesteads, a builder of quality.
